Do you have any certifications?
Yes, we are certified with ISO9001 and CE, which ensures that our products meet international quality and safety standards. We continuously strive to improve and uphold these standards across all our manufacturing processes.
Do you have local installation?
Yes, we offer on-site installation services with our experienced technicians. The technician can be dispatched overseas to provide on-site guidance at a cost of $150 per day. In addition, you will be responsible for covering round-trip airfare, accommodation, and meal expenses. This is available if your country does not have local after-sales service representatives. For those preferring remote assistance, we also offer detailed online support.
What about the after service?
- We provide comprehensive remote support through online guidance. Our team can assist you in resolving issues quickly via video calls, instructions, and troubleshooting.
- If remote support is insufficient, we offer on-site guidance from our technicians for overseas customers. The cost for this service is $150 per day, and you will need to cover the round-trip travel, accommodation, and meal costs. This option is also available if you do not have access to after-sales support in your country.
Can we use our own brand?
Yes, we fully support branding customization. You are welcome to use your own brand on the equipment, and we will ensure it meets your specifications.
Which country are you mainly?
We are based in China, but we serve clients all over the world and provide our equipment and services to international markets.
Do you provide OEM & ODM service for other brand?
Yes, we offer both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services. We can manufacture equipment under your brand name, or help design new equipment according to your specific requirements.

How to install and maintain the machine after purchasing it?
We provide detailed installation instructions along with video tutorials to guide you through the process. Our manuals cover step-by-step procedures, and for more complex installations, we also offer online support. Additionally, we provide ongoing maintenance instructions to help extend the life of your machine.
What’s the delivery time?
Typically, the delivery time is 15-20 days for standard products. For customized or special orders, the production and delivery time may vary, but this will be communicated clearly, and we will work with you to meet your project deadlines.
What’s the warranty period?
We provide a 24-month warranty for our machines. During this period, we cover repairs and replacement of faulty parts, excluding consumables or wear-and-tear items. Our goal is to ensure your machine operates smoothly with minimal downtime.
Is our equipment stable and safe?
Yes, our equipment is designed with a focus on safety, stability, and longevity. When properly maintained, our machines typically have a lifespan of over 8 years. However, regular replacement of wear parts is necessary to ensure continued efficiency and performance.
Will the machine suddenly lose control and injure people?
No, safety is our top priority. Each machine is equipped with an emergency stop button, which immediately halts the operation if needed. Additionally, our machines feature safety interlocks; for example, if the back door is opened during operation, the machine will automatically stop to prevent accidents.
