The steel bar truss production line is a fully automated production line that integrates steel bar wire rod laying, steel bar straightening, side bar bending, welding and forming, automatic cutting, and finished product aggregation. It can produce steel bar trusses for steel bar truss floor support plates, as well as prefabricated building PC steel bar trusses. It is widely used in building construction (pre installed floor support plates), high-speed railway (double block sleepers) construction, and other fields.

Description

Product features: ·We can produce reinforced steel trusses for building support plates, as well as PC reinforced steel trusses for prefabricated buildings. ·The steel bars of the web members are cylinder arched, making it convenient and time-saving to adjust the specifications of the truss. ·The total welding power is 300KVA, and the required external transformer power is small. ·The pitch of the web arch after bending is adjustable from 190-210mm and can be cut to any length, avoiding the waste of steel bars. ·Welding transformers are produced using Japanese technology, with good welding performance and durability. The welding host has a large space, which facilitates the adjustment of truss specifications and equipment maintenance. ·The cutting part is purely mechanical transmission, and the motor rotates once for each cutting. Compared to hydraulic cutting, it is noise free and energy-saving. The control program has been used on over 200 devices for many years and is stable and reliable. ·This equipment can produce trusses with feet (for floor support plates) or trusses without feet (for railway sleepers and stacked panels on buildings). ·This device has a simple structure, strong practicality, and convenient maintenance. ·The stepper mechanism is controlled by a servo motor, with high accuracy. ·Automatically control the wire laying mechanism to prevent disorderly wiring. ·Intelligent fault identification and alarm system, easy to maintain. ·All imported electrical components are used, with strong electrical control stability.
