Introduction to German low pressure steam systems
Traditional steam boilers consume a lot of heat energy in the process of heating and evaporating water. The NDG low pressure steam systems is undoubtedly an advanced solution. While increasing the temperature, it also has sufficient water to form a suitable curing environment, effectively accelerating the solidification process of precast concrete components and concrete products. Our NDG direct-fired low-pressure steam generator can provide steam up to 350°C in tens of seconds, and adjust the temperature and moisture retention to accelerate the hardening process of concrete, improve the quality, and save cement. The energy consumption of the NDG low-pressure steam system can be saved by more than 50% compared with the boiler! It has a positive effect on saving production costs and increasing profit margins. At the same time, it improves the surface quality of wet-cast concrete products such as decorative panels and reduces the powdering and angularity of roads/curbstones.

And record maintenance data to make production more efficient and scientific;
Emission reduction: Since NDG operates only when steam is needed, and the trace amount of carbon dioxide in the steam is partially absorbed by the concrete through hydration, achieving carbon neutrality, the total emissions generated by the direct combustion system are 60% to 80% lower than nox < 30mg;
